Can someone put me in the right direction?
Who is making those to measure COAL shown in this picture? I know Hornady make some, but I do not want that.
I think Benchrite had similar(?) a long time ago.

Anyone knows?

Years ago, Sinclair made one like that. They've since been absorbed by Brownell's that now carries this Lyman unit. I don't have one, but it doeen't look too bad...

just to be clear that is NOT COAL...COAL IS CARTRIDGE OVERALL LENGTH. ( bullet tips vary, COAL is really only good for people shooting from a magazine,
The tool above is a reference length tool as it measures at a certain dia, which may or may not be how your die seats of how the bullet chambers in your rifle. this allows you to make specific bullet seating depth changes.....
your gunsmith can make something similar from your reamer..a gizzy

Possibly........

.......as many have defined the acronym COAL to be Comparator OverAll Length.

Different folks......different strokes.
