sear problem

Lately I've been having regular problems with fliers and bad accuracy , so I replaced the barrel, but the problem persisted. I bought a few Fabio BR2.1s to try instead of my B&A triggers. After replacing them, I had problems with my bolt closing poorly. Upon checking, I saw that the sear on the bolt was damaging the side of the trigger. When checking the B&A, I found the same problem. I have now modified the B&A and the beginning of my sear so that it no longer touches the side. I hope this solves the problems . Has anyone else encountered this problem?F1.jpgBA1.jpg

It looks like the bolt is out of time, it is closing too far clockwise, and the cocking piece is not centered in the trigger hitting the trigger plate. It's not a trigger problem.

any idea how to solve the problem ?
strange i never notisted that problem (shooting that old nesika action/bolt for 25 years and +10.000 shots and winning so many prices with it )

Depends on the action. I have seen where the root of the bolt handle was drill and tapped on the underneath and a set screw installed to stop against the action at the right place. But that may not work on all actions. It would be best to have the bolt handle reinstalled properly timed.

Johan, I don't see where you said what action this is so:
I would suggest you carefully examine the bolt handle to bolt joint. To carve out that much of the trigger plate something is severely out of position. Make certain the handle has not begun to come off.
Next I would cut a few layers of masking tape & position them on the action surface where the bolt handle lands. This will hold the bolt rotation back a little. See if that gets the cocking piece back to the center of the trigger.
I would expect, with that much contact the bolt handle jumps up quite a bit when dry fired!
.....Free advice, probably worth what you paid for it but a couple ideas for you at any rate....

it is a 25 old LH nesika J so bolt is 1 piece i has i think 20.000-25.000 shots on itso there may be some wear on it bolt close on the left side and damage is also on the left side

In the case of it being a left hand action the bolt is not closing enough, I would definitely start with a good cleaning of the action and bolt. Also check the firing pin and spring shroud for binding with the spring.
