Question About A Ballistic Program

If I shoot a rifle bullet straight up where the barrel is perpendicular to the earth at the point of departure in theory it should come down at the same point if earth rotation and wind effects don't play a role. If I hold the barrel one half of a degree off of perpendicular is there a program that will calculate/estimate how far from the shooter the bullet will land? What data would one need besides muzzle velocity?

go look a jbm ballistics. look at all the data they can use....bullet weight and bc, distance from the equator which direction of the shot...with rotation, against, north or south......
