Need help identifying two peep sights, and im willing to bet someone here knows!

I recently bought out a benchrest shooters whole estate of everything gun/parts/shooting related and it was an absurd amount of stuff. These are the only things I have been unable to identify. Please if you know post which sight your commenting on with what make and model you believe it is. The one labeled Mk.IV and England could be a setup for a B.S.A. rifle. It may not be factory labeling so a previous owner might have marked them themselves. I'm not sure those are Parker-Hale sights. They could be a different, old brand adapted to their Mk.IV rifle as there seems to be german writing on the rear ocular edge. Perhap Anschultz related? Just guessing at this point....
