    ASC July Match Results

July we almost had a full house. 16 shooters came out to not only temperatures that were hot, but some scores that were hot too. Kyle Schultz won it by tying the club record with a 250-23X. Jim Nichols came in second with a 250-21X, and Wes Johnson rounded out the top 3 with a 250-19X.

These matches are getting more and more popular. The atmosphere is super relaxed, but the competition is pretty good. We have a great time, and the match is usually over by 12:00 noon.

Monthly scores will be kept. Your top 5 monthly scores will count toward the Shooter Of the Year award. Those totals can be seen by clicking here.

    Hey Kyle

Nice shooting. I found those two tuners I bought last year. I'll put one on my 30 BR and see if I can get close to you. That was an awesome score.

    Nice looking range.

    Some great scores as well.

It seems like just last year Kyle Shultz was asking.......”What’s a Benchrest Rifle“

    Good shooting.

Jackie, we had twice as many benches before the club decided to put up four banks of steel baffles a covered berm and 30 foot high concrete walls on either side of the range all the way to 100 yds. Couldn't afford to run those four banks of baffles for the original width of the range I guess.
