BARRELS FOR SINGLE-SHOT RIFLES

SCHUETZEN OR CREEDMORE STYLE

We are now making a basic-type blank from chrome-moly steel suitable for rebarreling or building new Schuetzen or Creedmore style rifles. These blanks are 35-1/2 inches rough length to be finished at 34 inches. Cut the 1-1/2 at the muzzle as the chamber will clean up the breech end. This blank comes in random, rough-turned outside diameters of 1.200 up. Calibers available are 32, 38, 40, 45 and 50 Sharps. These are rifle calibers. Price is $240.00 each with a discount to dealers.

DOUGLAS 4 GROOVE 30 CALIBER BARRELS

We are now making 4 groove 30 caliber barrels. These barrels are available in any of our standard shapes. Price will be the same as 6 groove barrels.

We are also making available 4 or 6 groove match grade military M-1 Garand Barrels chambered in 30-06 or 7.62 Nato. These barrels are chambered .025 short so the gunsmith can headspace to each action. These barrels will be 10 twist and will fit Government Issue Military M-1 Garands Only. Price is $250.00 each with a 20% discount to dealers.

DELIVERY: We have never been fortunate enough to get ahead of our orders. Deliveries are slow at times. Special twists, shapes and other specifications that depart from the norm slow deliveries much more. Approximate delivery on basics is 2-4 weeks, preturned 3-5 weeks, finished turned is 4-6 weeks, and finished, threaded, and chambered 6-8 weeks. Barrel fitting service is approximately 6-8 weeks
